Brief History: William was the smartest child in his school so he ended up graduating when he was 15 and he went to doctor school and got his degree and he was able to check broken bone with his power and when his parents found this school they sent him here to be a doctor.

I'mma let the history slide, because hell - it's possible and sadly a lot more unlikely than all the people here who have ended up homeless and/or parentless. cx
Anyways, Medical Specialist or not, if he joined here he'd be a student like everyone else. So his favorite activity would be self-appointed Doctor, but he'd still have to attend the classes, learn to use a weapon, etc. Got its? :3
