Anyway....

"Eep!" Violet nearly jumped out of her skin when she noticed Maleia. She shot up off the ground, but tripped over the tree branch and landed on her back with a thud. "Y-y-you s-startled me," she stuttered, her hands covering her face..

Maleia laughed a little. She got a kick out of that. She just didn't notic Aravis who would scare her.

Violet's face turned even redder than it was before. It took up all of her willpower not to shrink again.

Aravis hung down from the tree using her feet," Hey that wasn't nice."

When Aravis was in front of her without warning, Maleia jumped back almost flat against the tree. It took her a minute to catch her breath.

Violet slowly lifted her hands from her face and watched as Maleia fell against the tree. She sat up in alarm. "Oh! You're not hurt are you?" she asked frantically.

Maleia just closed her eyes. She just wanted to burn Aravis' face off, but couldn't.

AAAnnddd... Cue the awkward silence! Violet just kinda sat there for few moments, not knowing what else to do. She looked down at the branch at her feet and remembered what had happened earlier. She plucked a blade of grass from the ground, wondering if she could do it again. She closed her eyes and grasped the grass in her hands. After a few moments she looked down to see that the grass was still it's normal size. With a sigh Violet let the blade of grass fall to the ground.

Maleia looked up at Violet, trying too figure out what she was doing.

Violet noticed Maleia watching her with discomfort. She stood up of the ground. "Um, maybe I should get going she," she murmured meekly, staring down at her feet.

Aravis popped out of the branches, and said" Please, stay!"

"Oh, um," Violet looked up at Aravis but then quickly looked away shyly. "Ok," she said meekly.

"Yay!" she said in a happy voice. She wanted to hug her, but she was too small, or she would shrink.

Violet shuffled her feet while looking down at the ground. She didn't know what to say or do.

Aravis fell back in the tree. She wasn't who she used to be now. All that was in her mind was Did Gabe do this to me?

Violet leaned back against the tree, still looking at her feet. "S-so, how have you been?" she asked shyly wanting to end the awkward silence.

There was no reply from the two for a minute or so." Um....okay." Aravis was the first to break the ice.

"Oh, um, s-same," Violet replied shyly.

"You two can talk, I need to do something." Maleia said as she got up, and walked away

Violet watched silently as Maleia walked away. "D-do you come here often?" she asked Aravis quietly.

"Well......um... I think," she said popping her head out of the tree a little.

"You think?" Violet asked, a little confused by her odd answer.

"Yes," she shrunk back into the tree.

"Oh. I spend lots of time in the library myself," Violet said.

"Oh, we..." she broke off at what she was about to say.

Violet waited a few moments for Aravis to finish her sentence. "We what?" she finally asked when Aravis remained silent.
