"We'll get kicked out of school or worse we will get killed her by the monsters. The gardians then will bring us back to life and kill us again! Oh what are we gonna do? What are we gonna do?" She said panicking still with her hands on her head.

"Thes is ull my fault..." whispered Emil. "Just, don't vorry. Stay cluse to the portal. They vun't kick us out. They cun't. (lol) We have powurs vhether they like et ur not, ahnd they can't just leave people en dangur considuring ve dun't know how tu use them vell."
He withdrew his Falcata. "Ve can survive till morning."

"It's not your fault. Also I don't think any one will notice until the next class. It's a good thing I got my weapons..." Lena commented. "We don't need to be in the open..."

"Vell ef someune does come to rescue us, ve huv tu be close so they can find us." said Emil, looking around with paranoia.

"I know but we don't need to be in the open. We can be close by. A monster could see us from miles if we are in the open..." Lena clearly sounded worried.

"Alright. Let's head to a tree and climb it or something." said Emil, and began walking to the forest.

Lena followed behind him, looking around for any monsters. This night was not going to end well.

Emil found a nice tall tree. "Climb. I'll guard you." he whispered.

Lena looked at him for a moment, then started to climb the tree. She looked down at the ground when she was pretty far up, and she instantly clung to it. "I'm gonna be okay..." She whispered to herself. She climbed over to the closest branch and waited.

Emil started climbing, when he heard a roar in the distance. It scared him, and he let out a shout. "Surry." he whispered, and continued climbing until he reached a high branch.

Lena didn't hear the roar she was to busy freaking out about her fear of heights. She kept climbing until she reached Emil. She kept clinging to the tree.

Emil looked around, but saw nothing. "Et's alvight. Whut made thaht sound ez prubuly fahr away."

"I would hope so, but there are some strange creatures around here." Lena said still clinging to the tree.

Emil sat next to her silently. After a few minutes, his stomach let out a small rumble. "Heh..." he whispered.

"Sounds like someone is hungry." She commented looking down at his stomach.

Emil looked at her. "I um fine." he insisted, but that was followed by another growl from his stomach.

"You sure about that?" She asked with a small laugh.

"Dun't wurry about me. I cun gu unteel morning." he promised. Suddenly, another roar sounded. It seemed closer. Emil winced, but said nothing.

Lena stayed silent until she heard the roar which scared her to death. When she heard it she involuntary clung to Emil.

Emil looked at her. "Erm....thur thur?" he said silently. Another roar sounded. Emil looked around. "Wut is daht?"

"It's a dragon..." Lena looked around still not letting go. "I think it's coming for us.."

"Nunsense. Drahgons don't exahst-"
Suddenly, out of the trees, a large black beast appeared, it was the size of a school bus, and had wings. Though, it had scales too. It was a reptile.
"D-drahgon!" Emil yelled, jumping down from the tree and taking Lena down with him.

Lena let out a scream as they fell, this was one of her fears. When they hit the ground she sat there stunned.

Emil started to run, but realized she was frozen. "Lut's go!" he shouted over the roar of the dragon. It landed before them, seemingly angry. Emil waved his hand over the dragon, taking a small portion of energy. It hadn't really done much to slow it down, but Emil shot a blast. It surprisingly hit. The beast fell back in more irritance than pain.

Lena stood up still shaking. She looked over at the dragon thing and screamed. She didn't know what to do, her power wouldn't help at all! She turned back to Emil, and grabbed his hand as she started running.
