She wasn't necessarily sporty, but she would definitively act like it. Truth was, Melody was the laziest person you'd probably ever know. But she'd try, and try.. and try.

Making her way to the gym, she found a volleyball and found a nice spot a little bit away from the building, shaded, but not hidden. There she began setting to the wall of the building so it would pass back. She did this at home, but it made a much louder sound than it did here. Considering she used the garage...

Then she looked around, before attempting to spike. She was about as good at this as she was at flying, but eh. Tossing the ball in the air, she hit it with her palm. It was a great spike, aside from the fact that it veered to the left extremely. She watched in awe and horror as it shot towards somebody, probably hitting them hard. Just her luck.

Emil had recently heard something interesting that day. America had a different football than everyone else. "This country ez still su cahnfusing." he murmured to himself.
Wham!
He let out a yelp as a volleyball hit him in the side of the head.

Maleia was walking by the gym, when she heard Emil. She sat against the wall to watch this unfold.

Melody gasped and her eyes widened as she watched Emil get hit. Rushing over to him, she managed to stammer in a shaky voice, "Oh god! I'm so sorry! Are you okay?" She examined his head, close to guilty tears. "I'm sooo sorry. I guess I need to work on my aim- I'm really bad at spiking, and- I'm sorry. I'll shut up now." She rambled on, before realizing that she was probably suffocating this guy.

Maleia laughed from the other side of the gym. This was too rich.

Emil rubbed his head. "It doesn't feel gud. Ahm I dying? Ez thees hahven?" he asked dizzily, leaning against the wall.

Melody made a face at his comment, but quickly ignored it. "No, you aren't dying. You'll be fine. You probably just need an ice pack and some rest, alright?" She replied gently, noting his weird accent. She looked at his head, searching for blood or bruises.
"Oh! I don't want to look like a freak! I'm Melody Delangelo. I'm one of the nurses." She introduced herself awkwardly.

OOC:His accent is epic. I just fail at spelling it out. ;n; I'll stop the e sounds. It only really uses the ah, u's, and vs instead of th's or w's sometimes. His accent is in my siggy.

Emil's face brightened. "Wull thahts a relief. I um Emil." he said. "Ahnd I knuw you find my accent odd. I um from Poland."

Melody let out a shaky laugh. "I was wondering... Poland, you say? Sounds awesome!" She replied with a kind smile. "Now, we should probably get you to the clinic- hey Maleia!" The blonde called, noticing her friend a distance away.

"Huh, oh hey." she called back. She had been there so long she had almost fallen asleep.

"I'm fine." Emil insisted with a frown. Such a thing was rare for Emil. He looked over to the bleachers. "Oh! Cahfuteria girl!" he called.

Melody also frowned, a rarity for her as well. "Are you sure? I don't want you getting a concussion." She chasitized, slipping into a nurse role.

"Frum a volleybull? Thuse things ahre pahdded." he said with a snicker.

Melody frowned and toke a step back, crossing her arms over her chest. "I'm just trying to help, here. You were the one complaining about dying, after all..." She mumbled defensively.

"Furce ewf hahbit." he replied with a sad expression. "Mahbye you should work on your vulleybull skills, Miss." he added, face lighting up in a mischievous manner.
