Train to beat the scythe!

Aravis was going out to train in the forset, hoping for someone too see her. She hadn't really been places in a long time, but when she was she felt like a ghost. She was starting too think that people hated her. But why? I've never done anything to the people here! She just needed some help.

"Eurgh!" was the sound a smallish boy made as he struggled to climb up a large tree. "I.Ca.Do.It!" he repeated through gritted teeth. "Auooooooowwwww!" He had falllen from the low branck and hurt himself when he saw Aravis. :o

Aravis dropped her scythe, and ran over to the side of the boy. She knelt down and asked "Are you alright?!" in a scared voiced.

"Girlsarealloverrrrrrrr!" he cried out. Randy gripped his scythe and stood up shakily. "Get back!" he said in a not-at-all menacing tone.

Aravis fell back, eyes wide with fear. What had she done? She closed her eyes, waiting for this random boy to kill her.

Randy raised the scythe, scared to death. Though, he was very weak and fell back with a plump. "I hate everythiiiiiiing." he groaned.

Aravis opened her eyes, surprised that he didn't kill her. Knowing not to crawl closer, she asked" What's wrong?"

"You're a girl, of course!" he said obviously, fear creeping around the edges of his voice. Randy scrambled back a bit. "And girls will like boys, and fgdreh"

"Well, I like you," she began" As a friend. Even though you aren't my friend, i'll still think of you as one." She said, hoping this would calm him down.

"A girl? As a friend?" The thought itself made chills run down his back. Randy didn't even know the girl! "I don't even know you!" he cried out, agian. "Girls are just a lot of work!"

Aravis sighed" Yes you don't know me, but i'm tryin here. at least give me credit for it." she replied. Now she was a little mad" Hey, men are alot of work too!"

"Yeah, but girls have to do more stuffffff-ah!" Randy said quietly, drawing his legs closer to him. The stranger was getting mad, and he couldn't defend himself. His skin paled, hair turned white, and his dark green eyes turned to a icy blue.

"Yeah well," she stopped at the sight of his change "Are....are you sick?" she asked. All traces of anger wer gone from her voice.

"N-n-o." Randy whispered, gripping his legs close as he could to his chest. Ergh.

Aravis could faintly hear him" Then why are you...well." she didn't know what to say to him. He was pale, which was the only thing Aravis noticed.

"Just my power." he muttered, wishing Reed was here.

"look," she began "If you want me to leave, I can go." she said. She knew that his answer was a yes.
