Just an Idea but maybe you guys could add like a pool for the swimmers, and basketball and different sport areas. Thanks for reading.

lol possibly but I was thinking more like the age group of our charries, like the Sport fields, and The pool

Yeah, a gymnasium, basically... That would include the room for sports and working out, and a pool as well. All that jazz. I think it's a rather good idea.
