| You know, I'm really bad at making topics. It's just not my cup of tea. ;n; And I really like tea, but not this kind. I guess it's because I can't get a cup of it. What does that saying mean anyway? Oh, I don't know. I'm just typing all of this to make the topic appear longer, but it isn't really working that well. So I should actually start posting. Around.. now... No wait, false start. I wasn't ready! Okay... Now... *jumps into the world of Beata* I feel like that little person whenever you enter the world of Pokemon and you start to shrink... o3o
*flashy lights*
Logan walked through the hallways, an invisible little girl in a black dress with choppy black hair closely following. He held open a chemistry book in front of him, studying as he made his way back to the dorm room. He didn't understand any of it, and it annoyed him slightly. Hana had her hands behind her as she walked, and bit her lip. "This is bowring beg bruder." She complained, biting her lip and kicking at the back of his shoes. Logan spun around and narrowed his eyes, seemingly at space, and scowled. "Will you stop that?" He whispered under his breath, looking to see if anyone saw him. He hated when people assumed he was speaking to himself. Hana pouted, but disappeared. For the moment.

| Sarah had been tip-toeing through the hallways in socked feet, trying not to attract any attention to herself, especially since she was now wearing a light yellow sun dress that her mother had packed secretly in her bags. Unfortunately, it was the only thing she had left to wear at the moment since she had gotten rather lazy on laundry. She wasn't exactly a big fan of light dresses such as this so it was a big change for her. She wasn't even wearing that usually bandanna in her hair. Instead, her long, straight blond hair hung lightly past her shoulders while her bangs were pinned back in a hair clip. So, she looked adorable instead if a girl if nature.
Taking a deep breath, the quiet girl rounded the corner only to see Logan standing there, his back facing her as if he was talking to someone, but no one was there. "I-Is everything okay?" she asked timidly as she inches closer toward the strange boy.

| Logan spun around to face a very adorable Sarah, surprised by her voice. He nearly flinched, because apparently he jinxed it and someone had come to see him talking to 'himself'. "Hiya." He said rather cheerfully, trying to pretend nothing happened. Then he thought about it for a moment, and realized that was probably a bad plan. "Everything's fine. I was just... Talking.. To..." He wanted to face palm as he blushed slightly. Dammit, Logan! "A ghost." He finally gave up and looked around for his sister. He saw other ghosts, some just auras, some just outlines. But a few were almost as clear and humanly as this girl in front of him. He averted his eyes, and forced them out of his mind, because he knew if they knew he could see them, they'd more than likely ask for help. Now sitting against the window, Hana smiled wildly for some apparent reason. | |

| Daw! Logan was just too cute ;w; Sarah blinked at him as he told her that he was talking to a ghost because she didn't exactly believe in the paranormal, but then again, she had the ability to turn into animals. What was stranger than that? Anything could happen at this point. "You talk to ghosts? Thats cool!" She told him with a sheepish grin. Her nervousness wasn't exactly showing in her face but the way she was standing with one foot crossed in front if the other on tip toes and her fingers twisted together behind her back showed it as clear as day. "Who were you talking to?" | |

| Logan's eyes widened just a bit as she said that was cool. Really? Most people freaked out and started glancing around as if they were looking for the ghosts. To him, seeing dead people was extremely natural to him. To others, ghosts plagued them with nightmares. To him, they were just normal people walking down the street. Sometimes with bullet holes in their heads or burn marks all over, but close enough to normal. Slowly, he smiled and rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly. "Really? Mostly people get scared and start looking over their shoulder when I tell them." He let out a nervous laugh. Whenever she asked the next question, he became a little more solemn. "My-my sister." He answered tentatively, glancing over in Hana's direction. She looked up at him, more interested in this conversation than she usually was when he talked to people, staying silent. That was also new for her. | |

| In all honesty, the thought of ghosts actually existing did make her a little scared, but when he said he was talking to his sister everything changed. Age didn't know exactly how to feel or what to say to that because there was the whole deal of saying 'that's cool!' and it wouldn't be because his sister is dead, but she didn't want to apologize because he obviously wasn't very upset since he could still talk to her. The mix of emotions, though, just made Sarah more and more nervous until she finally just blurted out something. "Is she nice?" Of course, after she said it, she felt like a fool. Was that a dumb question? Yeah. Probably. | |

| Logan raised an eyebrow in amusement at her question, before he chuckled. Thought, he didn't seem to find it a dumb thing to ask. He thought about it seriously, coming up with an answer in his mind. He glanced nervously at his sister, unsure of how to answer that. He didn't want to lie, but he didn't want to say no. She has a mischievous little bugger, yes, but wasn't exactly... mean. Maybe he was putting to much thought into this, but he wanted to answer honestly, since he was the only one that could speak to Hana. "Um.... Depends. She isn't by any means evil," Hana narrowed her little green eyes at him. "She's like any little sister, I suppose. Annoying." Logan finally answered with another laugh, though Hana didn't at all find it comical. | |

| "O-oh... okay," She said with a bashful grin. "Only I have a younger brother rather than a younger sister. He is here with me too." Then the thought occurred to her: where was Happy? Sarah wasn't exactly sure, but at the moment, she didn't particularly care. He seemed to have a good time around Melody or that other kid he hung out with so as long as Happy was happy *insert'yodawg'memehere*, she didn't mind where he went. | |

| "Really?" Logan asked with another rise in his eyebrow. "Hm.. I wonder if I've met him. Though, I don't know that many people at this school..." He trailed off, looking down at his feet. It was true, he barely had any friends here. Even the departed didn't speak to him that often- and he was the only one they could speak to. Other than maybe their own kind. Yes, Logan, the medium, was pretty much an outcast in both worlds. Not that he minded, with solitude coming so easy to him. | |

| "Heh, same here." She replied with a shy smile as she started to relax for a moment. Maybe she could get along with this guy. They already had one thing in common: both of them were barely noticed. But part of that of course was Sarah's own fault since she cant seem to be more outgoing. "Although you have probably heard of him. He seems to get in a lot of trouble lately. But I-Im with you in the whole notknowing many people. I'm usually by myself around here." | |

| Well, it was probably Logan's fault that he was so forever alone, because honestly, he didn't care. He was surrounded by people all the time, the alive and the parted, that he didn't seem to mind being left out. Also, he was never completely alone, with Hana and all. Though he mostly hated her company, he had grown use to it. He'd never been completely alone. "Really?" He asked with a laugh in his throat. He sobered up a bit, realizing that she was just as alone as he was. That made him sad. She seemed nice, though shy. She should have tons of friends. "That doesn't seem fair." He murmured to where it would probably be hard to hear. He didn't realize it as he tilted his head to the side. Realizing that he didn't know her name, he smiled tentatively before speaking. "I'm Logan, by the way. Hastings." | |

| When Logan laughed, Sarah couldn't help but blush. It was all she seemed to do. Each time she was noticed, did something wrong, did something right; it was strange, but now it was because of a good thing. She was actually holding up a conversation with someone other than made up people in her head... not that she's crazy, but... you know what, never mind. She's happy, dang it! "Oh cool!" she said with a smile. "I'm Sarah Rhoden. It's nice to meet you!" | |

| It's okay Sarah, Logan talks to people in his head too! Except, their actually real, and not in his head... But he looks insane either way. >:c Whenever she blushed, he couldn't help but do the same, running a hand through his hair, somewhat awkwardly, a soft smile still on his face. He reached out the other hand toward her, dropping the one from his neck to his side, and his smile grew. "Nice to meet you too, Sarah..." He paused for a moment, before continuing. "That's a pretty name, by the way." He said, a bit shyly. | |

| Sarah then bashfully glanced at Logan's outstretched hand before putting her hand into his to shake it. It was awesome to be able to know someone else and the fact that he was happy to meet her was just as amazing. This guy seemed really cool. How did he not have friends other than the fact that he could talk to ghosts? She was sure, though, that his ability saved him a lot of grief since he can still see his sister which brought up another curious question in her head. How did Hana die? Of course, Sarah didn't dare ask in fear of him not wanting to talk to her forever due to her offending him, so she kept quiet until she heard the end of his sentence about her name. Her face merely turned a brighter shade of red as the grin on her face grew until she had to looked down at the floor to hide the bright blush. As she did so, some of her hair fell into her face so she used her free hand to try to push it back out of the way and tuck it behind her ear, but all she ended up doing was just twirling the ends around her finger. "Oh, thank you," She replied with a silly giggle. "No one's ever told me that before." | |

| In all honestly, Hana's death wasn't as touchy of a topic as you'd think it would be. I mean, he was sad that she would never age, or that she could never live her life, but... She wasn't completely gone, and for that he was thankful. He had no memory of the car crash Hana died in, because he hadn't been there. He remembered how scared his father was as they drove to the hospital, and seeing his mother fighting for her life. He remembered the doctor explaining what had happened, and his father breaking down. Logan had been so confused at the time, and asked where his little sister was. And he remembered the doctors sad faces, unable to answer him with anything but a shake of their heads. And he remember the funeral.
But he pulled himself out of those thoughts and focused on the petite blonde in front of him, tilting his head to the side once more in interest, not noticing as he did so. "Really? That's surprising." He said, laughing again because of her cute little giggle.

| Sarah simply shrugged as if it was no big deal. "Eh, not really. I'm not one to really hang out with many people, so I guess it isn't very surprising that no one has said that. But thank you for the compliment!" She said as she looked back up at him finally with a normal face and a cute and adorable smile that no one could resist. "So, uh," she stammered, trying to keep the conversation going. "How is it being able to talk to your sister and all?" | |

| Like before, he was a bit sad at the thought that she didn't hang out with a lot of people. But she seemed so nice. D: "That's to bad." He murmured, his eyes on her face, as if he was studying. Then he blushed slightly and looked at his hands. She had a cute smile. He just couldn't resist. D; *shot* He thought about her question for a second, looking around for his sister. She must have been bored with the conversation, because she had disappeared for the time being. Though, Logan knew that she would soon return. He had yet to figure out where she went in her momentary poofs, but every time he was curious enough to ask, she'd just giggle and ignore the question, usually pointing out things like butterflies or pretty flowers. But, it wasn't like he needed an answer. Simple curiosity. "Annoying." He finally answered, with a crocked smile that had all the ladies melting, before continuing, a bit more serious. "It's... to me, a normal part of my life. She's just always there, chipping in when she wants to and messing around with people when she gets bored. I suppose I'm never really alone with her there... But like I said, I'm use to it." He rambled on, not noticing that he was probably boring Sarah until the end, where he stumbled into a finish. | |

| awww ;u; LOGAN IS SO CUTE!! Sarah couldn't help but blush at the sight of Logan's smile but at the same time she tried to keep herself composed. It wasn't every day that she was able to keep a conversation going even slightly and she didn't want to screw this up. But, the fact that he had told her he was used to be alone kind of made her falter. He shouldn't be alone all the time D: It just wasn't right. "You're used to being alone? That's not right," She told him as she looked at the ground. "You're a really nice guy to talk to." | |

| So is Saraaah. ;w; I'd say she's cuter, but I'm sure we'd get into a 'no he is' 'no she is' kinda conversation. D;
At that, Logan grinned shyly. "No no, really. It's fine." He stammered. Then he smiled. "And your a really nice girl to talk to." He was quiet for a moment, thoughtful. "You know..." He began, unsure. "Since we both don't really hang out with other people a lot, maybe we should hang out?" He mused, blushing a bit. How exciting- a friend! *shot*

| TIS SO CUUUTE!!! *diesfromcuteness*
Sarah couldn't help but blush like him, her face turning a bright shade of red. This was a first for her. No one had wanted to hang out with her before. Maybe they could be best friends! And then, possibly some other stuff! No, you are thinking too far ahead! she scolded herself. It was just hard not to think if the future and what the two could do together if they actually became friends. The good thing about being his friend is that he could keep her from running into ghosts and stuff. Finally, the blond girl calmed herself and looked back up at him. "Oh.. uh, okay. That would be cool," she stated simply, not exactly sure what else she could say.

Logan laughed lightly at her blush, smiling and blushing a bit himself. He didn't think any further than best friends, but that was on his mind. Someone to talk to? That didn't think he was a freak? Someone he could hang out with and spend time with? A best friend. And don't worry Sarah, he'd be the absolute best ghost-protecterer-of-you ever! If that was a real thing. Which it is now, because I said so. "Yeah. Cool." He murmured thoughtfully. Suddenly, he clapped his hands together in a finalizing sort of way. "Alrighty, what do you want to do?" He asked cheerfully, flashing her another grin.

| "Uh..." She hesitated as she looked left and right and even behind her, looking for something that could inspire an idea to pop into her mind. She wasn't exactly sure what she wanted to do or what they could do together. Of course, though, her being her, the first thought that popped into her mind was possibly just taking a casual walk outside in the nice, open, clean air where nothing could disturb the peace that nature created on its own with the perfect balance between the animals and plant life...
Sarah suddenly snapped back to reality after realizing that she had basically been staring out the window for what seemed like forever. She unintentionally bit her bottom lip as she looked down, trying to keep herself composed. "Um, maybe we could take a walk outside?" She asked softly, hoping he wouldn't think bad of her idea.
