| A rabbit. A pure white rabbit, with dark eyes, and a cottonball tail. It was small, and of course, adorable. Alice had spotted it earlier as she was walking around campus. Whenever her tour guide- Nathaniel (or Niel, as she had preferred to call him) told her that she'd get use to the large size of the mansion, she had been uncertain. And now, as she walked around the front of the school, she still wasn't exactly sure if she'd ever get use to it. But Alice had decided to take a walk nonetheless, and had stumbled across a cute, furry little bunny. It had been a few feet away from her when she spotted it- resting by a bush, half concealed, and looking up at her, as if it was expecting her. It's dark eyes seemed to say, Jeez, took you long enough. I've been waiting! Alice leaned down beside the bunny, smiling softly and reaching her hand to it slowly. "Well hello little guy," She murmured, almost touching the rabbit before it hopped past her, making the young girl jump back a little. "Hey, where are you going?" She walked after the rabbit, hands in her jacket pockets. She had nothing else to do, after all, and following a rabbit around seemed like a good way to keep yourself from boredom. The rabbit hopped along, and Alice followed. Occasionally, she'd have to push through bushes and step over flower beds, because obviously the rabbit couldn't understand the fact that Alice couldn't crawl under a bush- without looking stupid, of course. Soon the rabbit started to go faster- as if had places to be, which Alice found hard to believe. Alice had to practically run to keep up, and as the bunny once again went over a flower bed, Alice tripped and fell. Luckily, she used her hands to stop her face from making contact with the ground, but it still didn't feel pleasant. She looked around, thankful there was no one around to see her amazing skills.
As she peered around, she realized that the rabbit was gone now. Probably hopped away to wherever it was that it needed to get to. She looked up, and realized that there was a building close by. It was completely made of glass, which struck Alice as a curious site. How she got from the front of the school to here, which seemed to be in the very back, she had no idea. It was separated from the mansion, and through the glass she saw.. rows upon rows of colorful flowers and plants. She slowly stood, and walked over to the Conservatory, opened the door and slipped inside. It was a bit warmer than outside, which was a crisp autumn cold, while in here it was a warm spring breeze. Somehow, even though it was fall, and outside the leaves were turning bright, vibrant shades of gold and red, inside this building, the flowers were still full of life. She looked around in pure amazement at the plants, gently running her finger against the soft petals of a few plants. A Rose here, a camellia there, a hibiscus over there. They were all so beautiful. The silver eyed girl was so caught up in the site that she hardly noticed the sound of the door closing softly behind her.

| The young woman's emerald gaze flickered to the corner of her eye as she paused in her walk, eying a small, furry white creature. Adorable as the creature was, she still couldn't help but frown at the site of it. The animal, along with the many others in the area, were stocking up for their hibernation; and while it was all fine and dandy for them to follow their natural cycle, the animal's need to consume near every food-like substance left their appearances to be seen as a bad omen... At least when it had come to her and her gardens. It didn't at all cross her mind that the rabbit could have possibly been there to lead gullible students down it's rabbit.
She hadn't noticed anyone even through the clear glass walls of the conservatory, even though one clear look would have been all it'd need to take to notice, she simply just never expected anyone to be there. Maybe Brendan she'd see at times, but other than that...
Irene walked in and closed her eyes, quietly closing the door and leaning her back on it. She looked exhausted. In addition to going through everyday knowing and doing what she did, a guilt that had building up slower and slower for some time now [I'm sorry Steve ;A;]; contrary to what most people probably thought, Irene was not an evergreen flower. It was kinda strange, and almost comical if you thought about it, how lively and at the top of her game she had been over the summer. Now, as the earth started to settle down, she started to as well. The girl had slept in a little this morning and had awoken with no pleasure to the thought of doing her duties. This happened every year. She would always get kind of... Mother of God. Yup. Lazy. By the day, it seemed more and more of an inviting prospect. Of course she'd certainly never just drop and ditch her duties, but damn, the idea was tempting. She wasn't sure if it were her natural affiliant that caused this, or that her stubborn will to make aure that every flower in sight wasn't surcuming to changing was, in itself, a draining feat. Eiher way..
And now she stood covering a small yawn and getting off of the door. Now that she had decided that there was work to be done, the blonde set her bag down and finally noticed Alice's presence. 'Another one?' was all she could think, albeit a little woefully at first. It's not like she knew better not to expect visitors overtime, especially with the place's appearance in the changing seasons, but she did feel rather petty in her disappointment everytime her sanctuary was intruded on. "You like them?" Irene called behind her and asked in a suorisingly light tone, moving past the white-haired girl to grab some things.
*snapsnapsnap* Nuh. Im sorry. That came out way longer than id intended. ;_;

| Of course, as what seemed to be the norm now-a-days, Brendan had already hidden himself deep in the back of the conservatory, his potted plant sitting gently in his hands as he sat down on the floor, concealed by the several plants. Yes, it was the plant that Irene had given him, and he had made sure that he was going to keep it alive, especially if he was going to make sure he was going to come to the conservatory just about every moment he could. He couldn't tell what it was about the place that had made him admire it so much, but the vibrant colors and the different patterns of the flowers just astounded him each and every time he walked through that door. It was like every single time he visited, the flowers had changed at least ever-so-slightly so that they seemed to take his breath away each time he laid eyes on them.
As he stared at his cute little plant, he took a deep, satisfied breath as the index finger of his right hand gently stroked its leaves, the texture of the healthy plant calming and relaxing him. Although, his sudden moment of peace was interrupted as he heard the door not open once, but twice. He suddenly paused, hoping that it was simply Irene that was probably checking something outside which is why the door opened a second time, but he highly doubted that. Once that girl was in here, she was in here for a while. When they were both in here, it was the only time that he would see her at least somewhat calm. All the other times he had run into her, she always seemed so tense and uncomfortable. It was rather strange.
As Brendan's thoughts drifted, the Earth guardian's voice brought him back to reality. "You like them?" she had said which both calmed him and made him nervous at the same time. In some ways, he hoped that she had noticed him through the foliage, but he really didn't think that was possible. Instead, he could only think about another person in here. A third person. Did someone else have to find out about his little obsession? Of course, the person probably wouldn't think much of it, but what if he or she did? What if they really found out? Swallowing his nerves and coming back to the reality of the situation, he suddenly noticed that half of his vision seemed black and empty while he could see clearly out of his other half. Freaking out, Brendan scooted towards his right-- or the side at which he could see-- until he managed to push himself right over a small potted daisy, shoving the pot sideways and making the soil inside spill out all over the ground. As soon as he was done tripping over the pot and getting himself dirty, he was in clear view of the two girls, but he couldn't help but notice that his vision was back. It then dawned on him that he had nearly swallowed himself up in his old little portable closet; something he had never tried in fear of some kind of paradox happening or something of the sort. Although, as soon as he was over that surprise, he looked over at the two girls with a stupid, embarrassed grin on his face as his cheeks turned a bright red. "Oh, hello there!"

| She had been so caught up in the overwhelming beauty of the building, as she meandered around, silently naming this flower and that. She wouldn't say it, but she has quite the fetish for plants. Not as bad as Irene, of course- because let's be honest, no one can have her love for plants- but she loved them, nonetheless. Maybe it had something to do with her mother. Brandy Maral, Alice's mother that passed away when Alice was only 5, had owned a flower shop. What little memories she had with her mother was often placed there, in their garden, or in their home, which Alice loved for it's many open windows, allowing sunlight and blue sky to seep in. Her mother had taught her multiply plant names, And often decorated Alice's hair with lilacs from their garden. A picture of her mother and her felt warmer in her pocket. Whenever her mother passed, that didn't stop her love for plants, and if anything intensified it.
Irene's light tone grabbed Alice by the hair and pulled her out of her thoughts, making the young girl squeak in surprise and spin around rather ungracefully. "Li-like the flow-flowers?" She asked, placing a small hand over her chest. What a dumb question, Ali! "Yes- I.. I love them." She answered quietly, silently barking at herself for the uncouth answers. There was a small blush on her cheeks and nose- partly from the outside air, and partly from her abashed state.
Her full attention was on Irene, so whenever she heard the thump of a falling flower pot, she once again was taken aback, letting out a short cry. She stared at Brendan for a second with wide eyes before speaking. He was cute- but Alice didn't really think things like- omg that guy is so freaking hot. or dauuumn, look at himmm even though that's how all the other girls see Brandon. c; *shot* She was struck by his silver/white hair, which made her think of her own, for some reason. "Hello..." She said shyly, her silver gaze flickering from the blond to the boy. Hadn't she seen the young woman around before? And why were they here? and where is the mad hatter and shet? | The blond girl reached the end of the isles and spun on her heel, turning to face the flustered intruder. Even still, where she might have possibly gotten a good view, she had failed to noticed the third person in the room; maybe it was because she hadn't been expecting to see anyone on the ground, huddled in the corner? "Mhm." Irene hummed nearly inaudibly in confirmation, getting a short inspection of the girl. It kinda surprised her a bit. The snowy white hair and the blue-gray eyes, she did seem strikingly similar to Brendan, though as far as she knew he hadn't any other kind of family - not like sisters or cousins or anything like that. It was a bit strange to her, but in an even odder manner, left Irene a bit more comfortable with her being here. She trusted Brendan - she supposed she could trust the looks of this girl too. It wasn't something to think about all too much. Do not question Eb's Logic.
She didn't bother on giving Alice an all too complicated answer, just a simply nod of her head and a single word. "Good." I mean because, after all, just because you loved flowers, it didn't mean you were destined to be the avatar or anything, though, it did help matters. The quickest way to get on Irene's best side was to love the earth just like she did - or at least try too. Honestly, when she had first found out about Brendan's little secret, she had been rather pleased. "Finally. Someone at this school understands. ;w; /shot. Maybe, then, she could grow to like this girl a little more. "It's kind of a shame. Not too many people here appreciate them." Sure, there were people who glanced once and thought them nice, but not to many people valued them as she thought they should've been.
The young woman was covering a yawn when Brendan had made his oh-so-smooth appearance, her tired state not leaving much room for an immediate reaction. Still, she couldn't help but smile just a bit, seeing his fine wear covered in dirt and the look on his brightly colored face. "How long as you been here?" She asked, a bit curtly albeit, but amusement was laced in her words. And then it happened. D: Her emerald green eyes flickered from him, to the poor helpless daises on the floor. "Oh, look what do you did, genius." She pointed the plant out and walked quickly past him, picking the pot back up and sweeping the soil back inside. "It's okay. Mommy's here. >> <<" "What were you doing?" Irene looked up a little exagerated at Brendan. She appreciated his company, she really did, but... The poor flowers. ;AA;

| Oh crap... Well, there was some good news: Irene was there. But so was this other girl. Brendan stopped as he was exposed in front of them, his clothes covered in dirt as he tried to scramble to his feet before Irene's voice had caught him off guard. For some reason, he wasn't expecting her to be so calm about the whole situation. Normally she was a lot more uptight and he was truly expecting her to nearly kill him, but this... This calmness that was coming from her was probably scarier than her intentional intimidation. What was with that?
Swallowing hard, he calmed himself enough to get up onto his feet with a bashful smile on his face, his pale cheeks turning a light shade of pink as he waved to both girls before answering Irene's series of questions. "Well, uh.. I've actually been here for quite a while," he told her before looking down to study the damage he had done to the daisies. Thankfully, he didn't hurt them too bad. The pot had just been knocked over and making things spill out. He didn't land on the flowers when he tripped, nor did he break the pot. Otherwise, he was sure he'd be dead right about now.
"Secondly, I'm terribly sorry about the daisies. You two just surprised me and I just tripped..." his voice trailed off as he glanced back up at Irene and then at Alice, an apologetic look covering his face. "And lastly, I'm just making a fool out of myself. Playing it smooth by tripping over potted plants and looking like an idiot trying to get back up." At his last comment, Brendan couldn't help but laugh at himself. He did look like an idiot, but it was still a really funny moment.
I fixed your mistakes. And looked good while doing it. Love, Frosty
