Personality: Delilah is a very nice girl but does have her moments, like most teenage girls. The hates her power and doesn't like to use it.

Brief History: Delilah's gift runs through her family so she knew about it but hated that she wasn't a normal person. She grew up with her German Shepherd, Noel. When she was 12 she got her guinea pig, Quincy. Her parents decided that making her go to Beata would be good for her, but she insisted her pets go with her.

So, would she be Carter's sister, or twin because they're both 14? Or cousin, or whatever. xD They need to be related though if she has that power. Other than that it's good.
