Maggie pranced over dreamily, a smile on her face. "What seems to be the problem?" She asked, a little distractedly. Her blond hair was tied up and her expression remained cheery and calm. She had on her nurse's uniform, ready to perform any medical attention on the boy.

Maggie smiled. She started with the ABCs of nursing. Airway, breathing, circulation. "You're not going to die. Just a fracture," She said pleasantly. As if a broken leg was a minor injury here a the Academy. "Those creatures are fierce, mind you. You could have been a lot worse off. Not the worse the Island has to offer, though, so be careful there," She said coolly, as she walked over to a counter. There was a jug of water sitting on it. She put her hand above it, and the water followed out, making a small stream until it moved around to Eric's leg. "Just a bit of cooling to stop swelling," She smiled, and the water turned rather cold. After she kept it cooled for fifteen minutes, she would have to move him to a bed and keep his leg elevated. "You're going to have to stay under this coolness for a few minutes, if that's alright, Mr. . . . ?"

| "Eric. Eric Drakkson. You are? I don't think I've seen you around before." He asked curiously with a slight smile, even though he could hardly feel his leg from the numbing effect of the water. | |

She smiled, closing her eyes for a moment. "I'm Margaret Lawrence," she said, still grinning. "You can call me Maggie, though. I'm one of the Guardians. My element is," She started, and nodded towards his leg. "You guessed it." She winked.

Maggie laughed. "No, that's Alex's job," She said. After a few minutes had passed, she bit her lip. "Now, it's time for you to lay in one of the beds. We'll have to prop your leg up. I'll go get some pillows. The brace, or if need be, cast, will wait," She said.
